January 15, 2026 | Australian Open – First Week
What an unforgettable experience for four teenage girls who were lucky enough to take part in the AO Inspirational Series – Next Gen experience during the first week of the Australian Open 🌟
Rowan, Jasmine, Clem and Hannah, joined by their dads, stepped inside Melbourne Park and straight into the heart of the Australian Open atmosphere. The day began with an inspiring session featuring Australian tennis legends Nicole Pratt, Casey Dellacqua and Sam Stosur, who shared powerful insights into their journeys, challenges and triumphs at the highest level of the game. Their stories sparked meaningful conversations, big dreams and plenty of motivation for the next generation.
The excitement didn’t stop there. The girls then had the incredible opportunity to watch current world No. 6 Jessica Pegula up close during a practice session, seeing first-hand the focus, intensity and professionalism required at the top of world tennis. This was followed by a fun and energetic on-court activation showcasing Tennis Australia’s Ready2Rally program, held on the iconic clay courts at Melbourne Park—a truly special moment on one of the sport’s biggest stages 🎾
After the official event wrapped up, the experience continued as the group stayed on to soak up even more Australian Open action. They watched qualifying matches and observed player practice sessions, including catching Jannik Sinner training along the Road to Laver Arena, adding another unforgettable highlight to an already incredible day.
From inspirational stories to world-class tennis up close, this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will stay with these girls for years to come—fueling confidence, ambition and a love for the game.
✨ A true celebration of opportunity, inspiration and the future of tennis.
Thank you, Tennis Australia, for creating such a special moment for the next generation ✨
